1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the monthly or yearly membership-based yoga video service offered through LucidMove ("the Platform"). Anyone who registers for or uses the Platform ("Member") is deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Description of the Service

LucidMove is a video library that gives an active member unlimited access to yoga classes created by a single instructor. Some lessons may be offered for free as an introduction.

3. Membership and Payment

Membership fees are collected through the secure Iyzico payment infrastructure, according to the plan selected (monthly or yearly). Your card details are never stored on the Platform's servers. Prices may be updated by LucidMove; current prices are always shown on the membership page.

4. Cancellation and Access Period

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the renewal charge for the next period; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Partial refunds are not issued.

5. Content Usage Rules

Video content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Downloading, copying, recording, reproducing, or sharing the videos with third parties is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All video, text, imagery, and brand elements on the Platform belong to LucidMove or the relevant rights holders and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The classes are general exercise content and do not constitute medical advice. If you have any health concerns, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting. The Platform does not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the Platform; continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms.
