1. Data We Collect

When you create a membership, we collect your full name, email address, and password (stored encrypted). When you purchase a membership, payment is processed through Iyzico; your card details never reach the Platform's servers. You may optionally upload a profile photo from your account page. Your video-watching activity may be recorded to help us improve the service.

2. Purpose of Processing

The data we collect is processed to carry out membership and payment processes, provide access to your account, respond to your support requests, and fulfil our legal obligations.

3. Storage and Security

Your password is stored using irreversible encryption. Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and is protected with reasonable security measures.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Your payment details are shared with Iyzico solely to process payment. Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes, except where required by law.

5. Cookies

The Platform uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. Membership features do not work without these cookies.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, and to request its correction or deletion. You can exercise these rights by contacting merhaba@lucidmove.net. You can edit your account and profile details directly from your account page.
